A 12-Part Eulogy to 2012
Dec 25, 2012 - Redwood Shores, CA—We finished 2012 not with a whimper but with a roar. Luckily it was a jubilant roar, not an apocalyptic one like the Mayans predicted. Just in the past two weeks, we launched GoodHire, feasted at our holiday fête, and bowled together at a company off-site, bonding through strikes, spares, and gutter balls. We're not letting go of 2012 just yet though.

Dec 21, 2012 - Redwood Shores, CA—For Hamida Hamza, there's no such thing as a typical workday. She might start off the morning facilitating interviews with prospective hires and move on to employee performance review support in the afternoon, all while tracking current budgets and payrolls. Always alert and on-the-go, one moment she's coordinating with managers to identify needed additions to the company team and the next she's walking around the office to check up on Marketing. As Inflection's very own HR manager, Hamida is both sensitive to detail and acutely perceptive of office happenings on a broader level. When we first had the idea for GoodHire, Inflection's newest product, we looked toward our very own HR Manager for inspiration. Hamida perfectly embodies GoodHire's ideal customer, so we set out to create a forward-thinking, intuitive product that would make her hiring process in a small but rapidly growing business as efficient and effective as possible.
