As a Security Compliance Analyst on the Trust Team, your role is critical in helping Inflection uphold its commitment to compliance and security leadership in the identity management and background screening industry. What You’ll Do

  • Interface with external auditors and support compliance assessments
  • Monitor access controls, logs, and security tools to ensure that anomalies and vulnerabilities are addressed promptly
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of internal security policies and procedures
  • Drive process improvement and control implementation projects with cross-functional teams, including remediation of audit findings
  • Promote a risk-aware culture, ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adherence to standards and best practices
  • Track security-related KPIs and metrics, and assist with reporting on those metrics to senior management
  • Promote a risk aware culture, ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and practices
  • Understand Cyber Security standards and how to test for compliance


  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience performing/participating in technical assessments in direct support of major compliance efforts
  • Proficiency in performing risk, business impact, control and vulnerability assessments using manual or automated tools
  • Familiarity with some or all of the following frameworks and standards, and how to test controls against those frameworks: PCI-DSS, ISAE 3402 (SOC 2), ISO27001, EI3PA, FedRAMP, NIST SP 800-53, or NIST SP 800-63
  • Knowledge of security technologies such as SEIM, vulnerability scanners, and other tools
  • Having one of the following certifications is helpful, but not required: CISA, GSEC, CISSP, or PCI-DSS ISA
  • Sharp analytical and project management skills, with the ability to multitask across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptionally strong written communication skills
